What I Learned from Six Months of Obsessive Sleep Hacking – Better Humans
A while ago I wrote about the importance of sleep in BJJ and recovery. Well this month I found this article in Better Humans that delves much deeper into the subject and really gives some great tips on getting a better night sleep.

As readers will know I attended the Female Fighters Camp last week which included a no-gi session with the fabulous Rosi Sexton. Whilst this video isn’t from the camp it does show Rosi teaching a nice no gi entry to the darce and necktie.
