It’s written by a grappler who I know and who personally inspired me in regards to stepping up and competing at a World and International level. She is an amazingly strong women both on and off the mat and I’m sharing this not just to raise awareness but also to send minion love and support.

There has been a higher number of cases coming out over the last couple of years re sexual harassment and black belts generally abusing their position of authority. So it’s great to see a large affiliation speaking out and making a stance.

I spotted this a few weeks ago but haven’t had a chance to share it. A great little piece from Manuel Flores about rolling with women. It doesn’t doesn’t say anything particularly new but still a nice piece.

Are Humans Nutritious? – Newsweek
A random but enjoyable article exploring the nutritional value of humans. Basically whilst a grappler may be tasty on the mat – it doesn’t make them a good dinner choice lol!
