October Catch-Up Part 2

Whilst I love writing articles for my readers sometimes other people say things just a little bit better than me! Or at least are better placed to say them! So here’s my round-up of the blog, stories and articles you might have missed of the last couple of weeks.

Articles
Surfing for BJJ’s “Soft Zone” – Princeton BJJ – A great little piece looking at overthinking on the mats and just letting your game flow rather than paralysis by analysis.

It’s Okay to Be Good and Not Great – Outside – An interesting article about how striving to be great might actually be the thing holding you back. Not BJJ specific but a really relevant article about mindset and performing consistently being potentially the keys to success.

BJJ Gear and Reviews
Scramble BJJ Gear and Gi Review – White Belt BJJ – A review of a range of Scramble gear including gi, backpack and a classic t-shirt.

BJJ Globetrotting
My blog often covers my travels and adventures including my recent trip to the states so it’s also great to see other peoples blogs and insight into their travels too –

What I’m listening to….
Martial Arts Frauds and Other Buffoons with McDojoLife – Stephan Kesting
