Technical Takeaway
With BJJ phenom BJ Penn fighting another talented grappler Ryan Hall at UFC 232 this weekend it figured to feature a technique from one of these two grapplers. I chose a clip from BJ Penn’s Basic Jiu Jitsu – its old but if gold! A training partner shared it with me during my white belt days and at least one move from it is still in my game today!
