What I’m listening to….
Alan Shebaro – BJJ Brick Podcast – Alan Shebaro is a 4th degree Black Belt under Professor Chris Haueter and the Vice President of the We Defy Foundation. He’s also a really nice guy with some great takedowns too. So when I found he’d done an episode of the BJJ Brick Podcast I had to share it!

Technical Takeaway
