The Raspberry Ape Podcast – Darragh O’Conaill – I’ve featured this podcast before and this episode features Darragh O’Conaill an Irish BJJ black belt competitor and coach who runs East Coast Jiu Jitsu Academy. He still competes at an elite level whilst coaching an= number of students who compete at the highest level.
